Cancellation Policy

Full-price orders: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.

Sale or promotional orders: Cancellation is only available as store credit, even if requested within the 30-minute window.

After 30 minutes, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order, as it may have already been processed or shipped.
If cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons, we offer store credit instead of a monetary refund for returns. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Custom-made, made-to-order, wholesale orders, and gift cards are not eligible for return, as they are prepared according to individual specifications.

To start a return, please contact contact@tryblume.co within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds are processed within up to 40 business days from confirmation.
If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
We also cannot refund orders affected by customer-related errors, such as incorrect shipping addresses.

All refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Customers are responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate variations.


Damaged Items

We ensure that products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email contact@tryblume.co and include a clear photo of the damage so we can assess whether a free replacement is appropriate.

We do not replace or refund items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including those caused by carriers, customs, or logistical issues.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed.


Fraud Prevention

To help prevent fraud, we verify billing and shipping addresses and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We may request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of a transaction.

If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer.
