Article 17 – Product Compliance and Warranty
Blume warrants that the products and/or services provided are consistent with the offer specifications and applicable laws in effect at the time of purchase.
Any defective or non-conforming product must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
All products purchased from Blume are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
improper use or use not in accordance with instructions
products modified without authorization
products with removed or altered serial numbers or warranty labels
If a defect is confirmed, Blume will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product, as permitted by applicable law.
